Check-in:
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 14.00.
In case of arrival after 21:00 we ask for a timely telephone communication or message via e-mail.
Earlier arrival by arrangement.
Check-out:
On the day of departure the room is until 11.00 available
Keys
Please keep your room key carefully.
We ask you to leave your room key at the reception or in the room doors.
In case of room key loss, we charge 60.00 EUR.
Smoking ban
The whole hotel area and all rooms are non-Smoking. In case of violations, we will charge compensation in the amount of 100.00 EUR.
ACCOMMODATION TAX
Since 01.01.2014 in Berlin have been levied accommodation tax of 5% on the accommodation price (excl. VAT) and it is payable by the accommodation establishment. In order to facilitate the handling of the bed tax, we have compiled below some information for you.
